Portraits & Fine Art Photography

I create honest portraits of parents, grandparents and everyday people, along with fine-art photographs from Sonoma County and across Northern California.

Real moments, beautifully printed.

Generational Portraits

Calm, unhurried portrait sessions focused on real presence.
No pressure. Images that matter long after memory fades.

An elderly woman with white curly hair sitting at a round dining table, smiling at the camera. The background features various framed photographs, decorative items, and shelves with books and art supplies in a cozy, cluttered room.
An elderly woman with short gray hair, wearing a black top, smiling and sitting on a wicker chair with a blue cushion. She is outdoors or on a porch, with a white wall and a window behind her.

Rivertown Portraits

I meet people on the streets of Petaluma, ask permission to make a portrait, then stay long enough to hear a little of their story. A face, a few honest words and one small part of the town we share.

A man wearing a gray suit with a peaked lapel, a patterned shirt, a tie with diagonal stripes, and a bouquet of medals on his chest. He has on dark sunglasses, a wide-brimmed black and yellow hat, and is standing outdoors near a tree.
A woman wearing a gray hat, black denim jacket, checkered shirt, and khaki pants standing outdoors with a blurred background.

Headshots and Personal Branding

Professional portraits for authors, business owners, veterans and anyone who needs to look like themselves on a good day. Sessions are relaxed, well lit and built around how the photographs will actually be used.
